You'll work with small business owners across your territory, helping them provide supplemental benefit solutions to their employees at no cost to the business. Your responsibilities include: <ul><li>Prospecting for new business accounts through face-to-face interactions in your local area</li><li>Setting appointments with business owners and decision-makers</li><li>Presenting worksite benefit solutions in one-on-one and group settings</li><li>Closing deals and managing your territory</li><li>Building rapport and connecting with people who appreciate genuine help</li></ul>Training is hands-on.
