What You'll Do
This is field-based B2B sales focused on new client acquisition.
You'll work with small business owners across your territory, helping them provide supplemental benefit solutions to their employees at no cost to the business.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prospecting for new business accounts through face-to-face interactions in your local area
- Setting appointments with business owners and decision-makers
- Presenting worksite benefit solutions in one-on-one and group settings
- Closing deals and managing your territory
- Building rapport and connecting with people who appreciate genuine help
Training is hands-on. You'll learn from people actively producing in the field.
You'll have access to dialed-in systems that are proven to work and a culture of mentorship and growth.
This role requires strong people skills and the ability to genuinely connect with business owners.

What Else You Need to Know
- While you'll occasionally spend time in-person at one of our offices, the role is largely remote, working in your local sales territory, getting face-to-face with business owners, key decision makers, and conducting on-site enrollments with employees
- You'll need reliable transportation for territory management
- At least one in-person meeting per month (training, team events, or office meetings), in addition to weekly sales meetings in-person or via Zoom
- Insurance license required (or willingness to obtain one, company pays for the cost for unlicensed candidates)
